With the arrest of three accused persons namely (1) Amit Kumar @ Monu, Age 28 years, (2) Parvinder Singh @ Rinku, Age 38 years, (3) Yogender Sahni 36 years,  Eight M.V. Theft cases of various Police Station  including P.S. Bhajanpura, have been solved by the Police Team under the  supervision of Sh. Sandeep Lamba, A.C.P./Gokalpuri. 

On 07/01/15, at about 09:15 pm H.C Shabu No. 2021/NE while on patrolling received a secret information that two boys will pass from B.S. Park, Yamuna Vihar, with one stolen Motor Cycle. He shared this information with the accompanied staff i.e. H.C. Sukhbir No. 250/NE, Ct. Jag Mohan No. 2829/NE, Ct. Rohit No. 2832/NE and Ct. Rajeev No. 2795/NE, as such he conveyed this information to S.H.O/Bhajanpura and A.C.P/Gokalpuri.

TEAM AND OPERATION:-

A team was constituted by Sh. Sandeep Lamba, A.C.P/Gokalpuri, under the close supervision of Inspr. Akashay Kumar, SHO/Bhajanpura consisting of H.C Shabu No. 2021/NE, H.C. Sukhbeer No. 250/NE, Ct. Jag Mohan No. 2829/NE, Ct. Rohit No. 2832/NE and Ct. Rajeev No. 2795/NE. During checking of vehicles, the above police officials have nabbed two persons namely Amit Kumar and Parvinder with a Passion Pro M/Cycle, R/c No. DL-5SAK-2019, at the instance of secret informer. On enquiry the above M/Cycle was found to be stolen vide Case F.I.R. No. 22/15 Dt- 06.01.15 U/s 379/411/34 IPC P.S Bhajanpura, Delhi.

CASES SOLVED:-

(1) Case F.I.R. No. 10/15 U/s 379 IPC P.S. Sabji Mandi, Delhi.

(2) Case F.I.R. No.695/14 U/s 379 IPC P.S. Bhalashwa Dairy, Delhi.

(3) Case F.I.R. No.669/14 U/s 379 IPC P.S. Swaroop Nagar, Delhi.

(4) Case F.I.R. No.1223/14 U/s 379 IPC P.S. Bhajanpura, Delhi.

(5) Case F.I.R. No.1762/14 U/s 379 IPC P.S. Bhajanpura, Delhi.

(6) Case F.I.R. No.240/14 U/s 379 IPC P.S. Timarpur, Delhi.

RECOVERIES:- 

1. One M/Cycle, Passion Pro, No. DL-5SAK-2019, which was stolen vide FIR No. 22/15 of P.S. Bhajanpura, Delhi.

2. One Engine No. 05453 and one Chassis No. 05393, which have been found connected with the stolen vehicle (Case Property) of Case F.I.R. No. 10/15 of P.S. Subji Mandi, Delhi.

 3. One Chassis No. 39247, which has been found connected with the Case property (Stolen M/Cycle) of Case FIR No. 695/14 of P.S. Bhalsawa Dairy, Delhi.

4. One Chassis No. 11903, which has been found connected with the Case property(Stolen M/Cycle) of Case FIR No. 669/14 of P.S. Swaroop Nagar, Delhi.

 5. One Number Plate of R/C No. DL-13-SK-5530, which has been found connected with the Case property (Stolen M/Cycle) of Case FIR No. 1762/14 of P.S. Bhajanpura, Delhi.

 6. One Number Plate of R/C No. DL-13-SJ-4828, which has been found connected with the Case property (Stolen M/Cycle) of Case FIR No. 1223/14 of P.S. Bhajanpura, Delhi.

7. One Number Plate of R/C No. DL-13-SJ-9873, which has been found connected with the Case property (Stolen M/Cycle) of Case FIR No. 240/14 of P.S. Timarpur, Delhi.

8. Three Chassis complete, Twenty chassis in damage condition, Three Engine, Three Silencer, Five Tires, Two Seats, Six Chain Set, Four Patrol Tank, Three Head Lights, Five Rims, Five Shockers of back side and Six Shockers of front side have also been recovered but the same could not be connected so far.

Profile of  the Accused Persons:-

(1) Amit Kumar @ Monu S/o Raghunath R/o H.No. 138, Gali No. 7, Karawal Nagar, Delhi, Age 28 years, Education:- 12th class, Profession:- Earlier driver at the QRT vehicle of police.

(2) (2) Parvinder Singh @ Rinku S/o Bahadur Singh R/o H.No. 3404, Gali No. 92, Sant Nagar, Burari, Delhi, Age 38 years, Education:- 9th class, Profession:- Spices seller on rehari.

(3) Yogender Sahni S/o Ram Pyare R/o H.No. C-240, Gali No. 3, West Karawal Nagar, Delhi, Age 36 years, Education:- 9th class, Profession:- Two wheeler mechanic.Modus operandi  On sustained interrogation, both the accused persons Amit and Parvinder disclosed that they have stolen around 70 motorcycles and sold out the all stolen vehicles to one Yogender at his shop situated at Tukmeerpur Road near P.T.S Wazirabad. Yogender used to dismantle the stolen vehicles and dispose off them. At the instance of both the accused persons police raided the shop of Yogender
and the parts of several other stolen M/Cycles were recovered.
