HEADLESS BODY/BLIND MURDER OF NDMC EMPLOYEE SOLVED

Holambi, Metro Vihar, Phase-I, Delhi, (ii) Mohd. Samir @ Bholu (19 years) s/o
Mohd. Salim r/o B-26, Phase-I, Metro Vihar, Delhi and (iii) Sanjay @ Monkey (19
years) s/o Lal Chand, r/o B-666, Phase-IO, Metro Vihar, Delhi in a headless
body case of PS Shahbad Dairy registered vide FIR No.1045/14 u/s 302 IPC of 14th
December, 2014. The body was later identified on 16th December as that of Manjeet (25 years) s/o Madan Lal r/o C-block, Phase-I, Metro Vihar, Delhi, who used to work in NDMC. All three were apprehended from near bus stand, JJ Colony, Bawana at about 4.30 PM on 26.12.14, while they were proceeding to purchase some smack for their consumption. All three as well as the deceased are smack addicts. The accused persons had smashed the head of deceased with heavy stones lying at the spot and cut the throat & neck with blades. The mobile phone of the deceased was sold by accused Nasim @ Nanhe for Rs.400/- to an innocent person, but was returned back by the purchaser, since it was not functioning. The money (Rs.400/-) was spent on purchasing smack by the accused. The incident occurred on 12.12.14 night, because of a quarrel regarding sharing of smack injection. The accused claim that the deceased had demanded disproportionate share of smack and wanted to take major portion. Initially, Nasim @ Nanhe started the fight with deceased and subsequently other two joined and all three badly smashed his head and face with heavy stones lying at the spot and also slit his neck and escaped. |
